The 3,700-foot Cedar Viaduct will carry high-speed trains over State Route 99, North Avenue, Cedar Avenue, and Golden State Boulevard.
From Golden State Boulevard to west of State Route 99 in south Fresno.
The Cedar Viaduct deck now extends well to the north heading toward Golden State Boulevard after construction began near the intersection of Cedar and North Avenues. Barrier walls are nearly complete on the southern section of the structure that will carry high-speed trains over State Route 99 and eventually connect to the Muscat Avenue Viaduct further to the southwest.
Construction began in spring of 2016 and will continue through mid-2018.
